Definitions
Exclusive Distribution – In return for your audiobook being sold exclusively on Audible, Amazon, and Apple (iTunes/Apple Books), you will receive a larger royalty per sale.
Non-Exclusive Distribution – You reserve the right to sell both physical and digital copies of your audiobook anywhere you like in addition to our Global Distribution package. This can include but is not limited to your own website, conferences, and stores that don’t typically carry audiobooks.
Digital Royalties – Payment for sales, rentals, and streaming of digital files of your audiobook.
Physical (CD) Royalties – Payment for sales of retail, trade, and library editions of your audiobook.
Flexible Royalty Share Options – We can pay out royalties to any number of people, handling multiple narrators for a royalty share, co-authors, or other unique splits to fit your needs.
No Geographical Restrictions – Rights Holders and Narrators do not need to be based in specific countries. They can be live anywhere in the world.
Downpour Affiliate Bonuses – You can earn an extra 15% above Global Distribution by signing up to be a Downpour Affiliate and driving sales to Downpour with your links.

- Per Finished Hour, Royalty Share, and Hybrid deals of any configuration are all allowed on all projects.
- CDs are available to the Content Owner at a reduced cost. Short runs of nearly any size are available.
- Contracts are done per project. The rights are retained by the Content Owner and/or the Narrator.
