Jerri, a young gerbil, leaves the nest for the first time and meets Jesus. They become firm friends, and Jerri, together with his family and other companions, accompany Jesus throughout his travels and ministry, experiencing plenty of adventures of their own along the way.
Meticulously researched, ‘Tails…’ gives what you might call a sideways look at the life of Jesus and, like all the best ‘children’s’ books, is written with adults in mind, too.
